Excellent customer service at this Tile Shop location! I have previously placed an order for tile and other materials for a bathroom remodel from this Tile Shop location, and even though I didn't end up buying from them this time, the customer service and store as a whole must be recognized! The Tile Shop, Glen Burnie, MD., did an excellent job with helping us choose the tile backsplash and LVT flooring for our kitchen renovation. It was a pleasure working with Tiffani, as she helped us to choose the backsplash that best suited both our cabinets and countertops. She was also patient and took the time to answer questions and recommend options. The finished project looks fantastic and really appreciate Tiffani's expertise. Great selection. Not friendly. No one greeted us and seemed very reluctant to help us even during our purchase. All customers should be treated the same! Despite the treatment I still purchased cause I like the tile and can’t find it elsewhere.
Delivery driver . Go to the front of home depot take a right at the front of home depot front . Head to the back ally and take a right to set up for the dock . Dock is facing towards main road . Everyone was real polite but it is a tight little dock and the snow isn't cleared very well . But Aundre unloaded me fast and was polite .
