This store does not stand behind their products. How can you send someone a very expensive load of BROKEN tile, and not replace it? Completely unacceptable. That is not how business should be conducted.
I thought this store was a great place and we had the best experience while we were there, but this QUICKLY came to a halt. I will not use them again and I would not recommend others to use them as they don't stand behind their products. I bought quite a bit of the the Mongolian Desert Corinth tile from the Tile Store on Richmond in Houston. Excellent for Pros, staff super helpful and very efficient and fast. My go to store for tile.
Nick was fantastic helping me design my kitchen and bathroom. He is very knowledgeable and deserves a raise.
