Cooper was sensational. Best customer service I have ever had. Just great.
Our experience was very good. Andrew was our salesperson and tile designer. He was very patient and thorough. He took the time to listen to our wishes and was also able to give us his thoughts and knowledge about not only design but installation.
I would give 20 stars if I could. Thomas Thacker was amazing to work with and helped us tremendously. I cannot say enough about him, his expertise, patience and pleasant personality (as we had a million questions and issues). Definitely work with him!!
We spent almost 3 hours with Parker @ the shop today: his design experience was very apparent immediately as we ended up selecting multiple tiles he recommended for our master bath. He took the time to understand our vision & was very cost conscientious every step of the way taking into account our budget. We can’t wait to see our dream bathroom come to life & we’ll be back in the spring to tackle our second bathroom & will definitely be asking for Parker again!
