I’ve been working with The Tile Shop in Timonium across several projects and have had consistently good experiences. They’ve got a strong selection, and more importantly, a team that understands their products and helps keep things moving when timelines matter. Andrew, Cooper, and Tom have all been great to work with—responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. As a contractor, having a supplier I can count on to support both the design side and execution makes a big difference. These guys have been exactly that.
Horrible experience!!! Went in to inquire about tile for a bathroom renovation. Started off well enough but went down hill fast. Spoke to Tom who on 3 occasions assisted with samples i wanted to order. Order another sample which was i told has come in only to arrive and the tile wasn't not there. The associate (not Tom he was off) levied accusations that I must have messed up my order. Not sure how that possible when the order was made in store and you called to say it was there.
