Parker Hodges was the sales associate who helped us with our kitchen remodel. It was DIY and his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile were invaluable. Super happy with the results
I only needed a few replacement tiles. What I had is 30+ yrs ago while they couldn't match it, they got close enough and were very helpful.
The store manager and assistant manager are responsive, kind and friendly. But, we had a difficult experience with the Melvana travertine. It developed rust coloring and stains days after we installed and sealed it. The store managers worked with us to get a replacement tile, but it still ended up costing us thousands of dollars and over a month of delay in our project to have it ripped out and to reinstall a porcelain tile. The store is pretty and nicely put together and there is much to choose from. However, I was really surprised at how disappointed I was with my experience with the staff. I'm not sure if I wasn't properly dressed for the occasion or just not spending enough on this particular project but I was "tile shamed" apparently for asking to confirm the exact amount of material I needed, with overage.
