Parker was a great help to me while selecting tiles for one of my projects! He was so helpful and offered ideas and solutions to my concerns. Had a great experience there all due to him!
Parker helped us design our bathroom and choose the tile. The whole experience was seamless. He was so patient and knowledgeable, walking us through options without rushing us or talking over our heads. His eye for design was unmatched — he pulled together a look that feels finished and personal, not generic. We felt confident in every decision because he explained the why behind it. We are planning our second bathroom soon and will definitely be coming back for Parker’s expertise and assistance.
Big thanks to Tom for great customer service and friendly approach to my situation, will come back here because of him.
Watch out, sale people are clueless. Called on phone to ask if they had 6x6x3/4 quarry tile. Was told they did. I ask again if tile was 3/4 in thick and was assured that they had 3/4in thick quarry tile. Drove 40 minutes to store and was told they don't handle 3/4in quarry tile.
Online ordering service sent wrong color. Store manager at Timonium MD location brought me what I needed the same day I called. This act of kindness and customer service kept my project on track. This company has gone above and beyond on at least three separate occasions. I highly recommend.
