The Tile Shop has a great selection of tile and exceptional customer service. I worked closely with the store manager and then with Rico to brainstorm the design for a bathroom remodel. Rico’s eye for design, communication, and follow-through are phenomenal, and it’s been a great experience working with him on this project.
Rico assisted me and my husband today. We only had an idea of what we wanted for tile color and design to update our fireplace. Rico asked us questions about our project. He then showed us a few tile selections and laid out several design options for us to get a better visualization. Rico was so very friendly and professional . We’ve shopped here before but this is the first encounter with a design associate.So glad he was available. Now to make a decision!
