Parker at The Tile Shop was a pleasure to work with throughout this project. He helped to match new tile with existing and allowed us to try several samples. He ensured we had all materials for the job and was there to answer any questions He followed up and communicated well even taking calls on his “off” days. He wanted to ensure we were happy. The Tile shop has a great selection and great customer service! Rico was a tremendous help from start to finish and offered excellent recommendations as we picked out all the Tile and trim for our Master bath remodeling project. He made the whole process quick and painless and we were so satisfied, we decided not to visit the other couple of Tile stores we had planned to visit. Our job was done thanks to Rico!!! We were acknowledged and welcomed as soon as walked in the by Rico Doss. Rico is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made picking out tile for a backsplash for our kitchen a breeze. If we have any more tile needs he is definitely who we will call.
