Rico Doss, Jr., is an excellent and professional design consultant at The Tile Shop. We have a small kitchen and wanted to add more character and warm charm to it. Remodeling a master bathroom and had to pick out tile. Rico D. was amazing! He is so creative in tile combinations helping put together a stunning bathroom! He takes the time to listen to you and get an understanding of your ideas and concepts. I highly recommend The Tile Shop based on a great selection and more so the superior customer service!
