Our experience at The Tile Shop? Wonderful. Amazing. Encouraging. The vast selection was unlike any other tile store we shopped. The staff really took a personal interest in our design ideas and were extremely patient as we hunted aisles looking for the perfect blend of tiles for our shower remodels. Tayla is the best! She kept me up-to-date on deliveries and always responded quickly. Wow. :)
Maren was top notch! We had been to countless tile places over the last several months trying to figure out what we wanted to do and within 10 minutes of walking through the door she had us pointed in the right direction and we found the tile we've been looking for... for seemingly forever! She has an awesome eye for design. On top of that, they were having a promotion with free shipping since we live several hours from the valley. Absolute wonderful experience from start to finish! Buyer Beware!! If you are going to buy tile, you should go to Floor & Decor, Arizona Tile, Home Depot, or any other location other than The Tile Shop. I was remodeling a shower and purchased some tile from the location on 32nd & Indian School. The Sales Associate encouraged for me to purchase more tile than needed, but said I could take back leftover for a refund. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE.
