I had such an amazing experience working with Tayla! After going to multiple stores, trying to find the right tile and pairing, Tayla managed to help me find the perfect tile in no time at all! Not to mention, she was a LIFE SAVER and helped me get all my tile in time for my contractor to start their work the next day! Experienced very poor customer service from the store manager today after driving from the Glendale location. She laughed at us after stating we had just visited the other location and were referred to this one, because she didn’t get a phone call about it. We spent more time explaining the situation when she could have just given us the tiles we asked for.
I had such a great experience working with Brisa during my remodel. I gave her my initial thoughts and she was able to pull together my vision. I’m so happy with the finished product!
Thank you Ryan for helping assist me with finding samples for my kitchen backsplash. He followed up with me via email and phone to ask how I liked the samples and explained the process with ordering tiles that had a limited supply. Would shop here again.
