I was doing a home renovation. After some research at several stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find The Tile Shop. The selections of tiles are top notch. I received much help and special attention by the store manager Hayley. My company does facilities maintenance, and approximate tile matching is a constant hassle. I've learned to stop Google-ing and just email Hayley at The Tile Shop instead -- they've always been extremely responsive and have solved a number of problems which had me at an impasse. My experience with the Webster Tile Shop location and Hayley Stordeur is Excellent!. After shopping expeditions to other local shops, I stopped in at the Webster location and I was so lucky to have Hayley spend her time with me in selecting samples for my projects. I was referred to The Tile Shop by my decorator and contractor. Cressa was so helpful and patient working with me to put together the selections for my bath remodel and worked to make sure the products were ordered and received in time. This will be my first stop when I have tile needs in the future and look forward to working with Cressa again.
