I was doing a home renovation. After some research at several stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find The Tile Shop. The selections of tiles are top notch. I received much help and special attention by the store manager Hayley. My company does facilities maintenance, and approximate tile matching is a constant hassle. I've learned to stop Google-ing and just email Hayley at The Tile Shop instead -- they've always been extremely responsive and have solved a number of problems which had me at an impasse.
