The women working today seemed to have zero willingness to help us. It was as if we were an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend.
I had the most incredible experience with Shann Johnson! He was super knowledgeable, highly intelligent, and incredibly experienced. He knew exactly what we needed and made best recommendations. We had a wonderful white glove experience buying tile! Kudos to Shann!
Beautiful expensive place
I wouldn't shop there. Aggressive sales people posing as decorators. I didn't have all my measurements when first went there, dude said don't worry we can guesstimate and you can return anything within 60 days. So we ordered, of course when I go to return, well we cannot accept things already opened. I am pissed. Do your self a favor and find another store.
