Stephanie at The Tile Shop was fantastic to work with! She helped me pick out tile for my kitchen backsplash, and fireplace hearth and she made what could have been an overwhelming and intimidating process feel completely manageable. Ask for Stephanie Pipp. She is honestly the best! From the moment I walked through the door she greeted me with a big hello and smile. Additionally she didn’t place any pressure on me to buy and took so much time to help me pick my tile. She’s so warm and genuine and I love working with her. Extremely knowledgeable too! I’ve been to the Tile Shop in the past and this is the first time that I was extremely impressed with the entire process, and not with not only Pipp, but the entire team.
Bekah is a delight to work with . unfortunately I have to reduce the star rating for this store.. due to a. the product we got was so delicate that we lost a lot of tiles. I should have been alerted ahead of time.. many tiles were cracked right out of the box. b. Besides Bekah.. I did not get a pleasant experience.. pretty much decided I won't be shopping again in The Tile shop for anything. this is just my personal experience.
