Shaun at the tile shop really knows his stuff! Made quick work of our selections and client is happy so I’m happy!
We had an amazing experience at the tile shop. We worked with Alex, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We highly recommend!
Bekah and her team at The Tile Shop Troy were excellent to work with. I absolutely love the tile we picked out for our backsplash. We also decided to do our floors and were able to buy our luxury vinyl planks at The Tile Shop, too. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer, service professionalism, and how knowledgeable they were. They have a huge selection and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Thanks again.
The team members here are outstanding. We are planning to replace the tile in our kitchen. David spent considerable time explaining options to us and sharing advice. It was clear he’s knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
Amy was very helpful in picking out our shower and bathroom tile.
