We recently renovated two bathrooms and team over at Tile Shop in Watertown has been extremely helpful in finalizing selections and ordering out of stock inventory in time. Mariana, Sepi & Sharb were amazing and we are very happy with how our bathrooms have turned out. We appreciate the team going up & beyond to help their customers!
Mariana at the Tile Shop was incredibly helpful with helping us pick out our tiles, and was so patient when we changed our minds and had to come back multiple times. She even continued following up with us once we purchased to ensure that delivery was seamless. Clayton the delivery driver went above and beyond to help get our tiles into our space, even insisting on helping me get them covered during the rainy delivery day. Highly recommend this shop with its top notch service from both the in-store and delivery folks!
