I had a fantastic experience at The Tile Shop in Watertown! Krupa was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was very helpful in assisting me find the perfect tiles for my project, offering great design advice and making the whole process enjoyable. Her knowledge and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Krupa!
I enjoy browsing this store for tile. They have great displays, and tile pairing ideas. Also, the staff is so helpful with design services, and I like how they follow up if you order a sample (s) to see how things worked out. The customer service overall is excellent as is the tile selection!
