Thank you Lance Dickherber! Lance helped me this week with a very small project but provided a service that was way above what I expected since the project was so small. I worked with the Tile Shop once before with remodeling my Master Bath and this also was a very positive experience. If you have any home projects coming up, I would recommend Lance and the Tile Shop is where you should be looking for your tile.

My husband and I went yesterday (6/5/26) and was helped by Jaece P. He was extraordinarily helpful, polite, well mannered, without being pushy whatsoever. We knew NOTHING about tile and back splashes and he was very knowledgeable without pushing us towards the more expensive tiles, and gave us some wonderful suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend him if you need advice on tile. A+
I went in to find some tile for a small project. I took some samples with me from the Westminster store and my customer chose the one she wanted. When I went back to the store on Saturday, they were out of the tile she selected. The store found more of the tile at the Lakewood office, so they called the Lakewood store and talked to a person who said he would bring the tile from Lakewood to Westminster the following day. These guys are awesome. They are knowledgable about the product and help you plan and measure to make sure that you are not being taken to the cleaners and their prices are fantastic!
It's really sad when a business tells you that the delivery service they use, "sucks." Yes, he said "sucks." He highly recommended that I spend the $200, because if anything was broken, it was covered if their service made the delivery. It would not be covered if I picked it up myself. This was the second Tile Shop location in the Twin Cities where a salesperson sold us tile that was inappropriate for the location and function where it would be installed. I think the salespeople must work on commission and will tell you what they think you want to hear to make the sale. This time the salesperson sold us white marble tile for a steam shower we were building.
