Went into the store, was greeted with kindness and a willingness to help. Our sales rep, Sean, was just an amazing pleasure and very helpful. Once we explained to him what we were looking for, he showed us samples and was very patient and knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience, especially when compared to the big bulk stores.
