Nobody approached us while we were looking around for 20 minutes, they seemed to be busy talking among each other and seemed to be having wonderful social interactions amongst each other

Terrible customer service. I've walked in the store on 3 occasions and am NEVER greeted. I will not be purchasing anything from this store for my home remodeling project.
