Awful, worst customer service ever. I had selected tile with Kim an employee who was great, we spent a lot of time on this . I had to get accurate measurements and when I came in to place order it was his day off. The employees refused to help me and take my money (well over $10,000 worth of tile) they told me I had to deal with Kim. I am the customer , Kims day off should not affect when I am able to place an order at a public business that is open.
