I was doing a main bathroom renovation and had a certain idea of the color of tiles that I wanted. Terracotta was one of my colors I had in mind but it was more difficult to find than I thought. I went to the Tile Shop and met Trevor and they were excellent! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. There is a great selection to choose from as well. It should be on your list to check out for bathroom remodels!
Nan Kogler is a terrific partner to work with on bathroom renovation projects! After several trips to big box stores and endless online searches, we met Nan at the Southlake Tile Shop. We told her about our vision and within a few minutes she showed us the perfect selections for our project. She was super helpful, listened carefully and was able to pull some samples and we fell in love. Nan was always just a phone call or email away when we had questions, needed extra supplies or just to check in on our project.
Great display, even better customer service ! Nan Kogler did a great job with my clients by listening to them and guiding them through the design phase. She also did great job with me as the contractor. She’s always on top of every detail. And that backsplash on the leather Taj Mahal quartzite looks amazing Thank you Nan!
Never been in the Tile Shop, first time as I'm an online shopper more than not. I needed to see the designs in person, so off I went to the tile shop; I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! I decided to look at the various tiles and designs when approached by Nan. Instantly loved her personality and motivation to assist me with my tile inquires.
