Never been in the Tile Shop, first time as I'm an online shopper more than not. I needed to see the designs in person, so off I went to the tile shop; I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! I would 100% use The Tile Shop in Southlake again. I called them in a state of decision overwhelm with a new build and having to be my own designer. Arnaldo reassured me over the phone that they would be able to assist me in making decisions room by room. I was so relieved! I’m a general contractor in the area so I work with a lot of supply shops. I worked with Trevor and Max recently on a project and they were awesome. The whole experience was a breeze and my customer ended up with quality tile and awesome design. Thanks Trevor and Max!!
The service and care that we received from Max was OUTSTANDING! She is incredibly knowledgable, professional, and patient - her customer service skills are off-the-charts! We were so grateful for her expertise with our order and our selections - she helped us every step of the way. Make this your first stop when you need tile, you will NOT be disappointed! :)
I enjoyed my visit a lot. This is a great location with lots of well set out displays and a broad range of tiling options and helpful advice. I met Arnaldo here and he spent time with me. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d definitely go back to see him again and get the tiles for our bathroom renovation project when we are ready to start.
