We had a great experience at The Tile Shop. Our salesman, Dylann shared his expertise and provided helpful insights as we remolded our master bath. Most importantly, he was approachable and patient; we appreciated his accessibility and willingness to address our questions throughout the project. We definitely couldn’t have done it without him!

After shopping around a few other places, we found ourselves here at Tile Shop. The store/showroom is setup for success - plenty of great examples built and tons of selection. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s a delicate balance of offering to help, while allowing for some private browsing and they’ve got that balance nailed perfectly.
