For ceramic / porcelain tile selections and well organized, responsive customer service, this was the best store I found in Rochester. Dylan Eden manages an orderly and easy to navigate showroom of tiling and knows his stock extremely well. Highly Recommend contacting him to help with selections and ordering, excellent service.

Dylan who is an employee, helped us alot with finding the right tiles that we need. We are very thankful for the help they provided us, and whenever we were confused they were always listening and ready to answer any questions or concerns that we may have.
We went in as total beginners with basically no idea where to start. Zack gave us an overview of the store and basic rules, let us browse, then lent his expertise going off of the initial things we liked and pulled. We ended up selecting everything we needed for 3 full bathrooms. We feel great about our choices and are excited to see it come together.
