I went for some home renovation project. I was lucky to find the store manager Bryce at the store. Very professional, knowledgeable person and respectful. I will go back and I highly recommend that store !
Recently a client of mine purchased tile at the Lake Zurich Il store. They were told that it could be picked in the afternoon of Friday January 26 2024. I arrived to pick it up at about 2pm. I spoke to the gentleman (later I found out he was the store manager) at the desk and he said the truck had not arrived yet with the delivery, and that it would not be able to be picked up until Saturday morning at 10am.
