Tile Shop - Schaumburg We had a FANTASTIC experience at the Tile shop this past week. While looking for something special for our Master Bath we found numerous selections and styles to choose from. Brynley, who we later found out is the manager, ended up helping us make a financially comfortable, yet stylish final decision. We thought this project was going to be much tougher! Thanks to the whole team that helped make this a great venture. The Thomas Family

Management Brings Down the Store Good: The store has great potential. The products are great, and the displays are helpful.. Bad: The manager, Brenley, is a witch. She plainly treats customers and employees like dirt. She clearly behaves as if she has done tile installation for a living. She has not. According to a disgruntled employee, she also makes interview promises that are not met, like base salaries and management training.. Improvements: The manager, Brenley, has to go..

Greta selection The Tile Shop has a lot of professional contractors to assist customers. Not only that, but they have many different colors, materials, and styles of tiles and other floorings. What I really liked was that they gave every person a lot of individual attention and they give a lot of good advice to customers.
