We had the most wonderful experience working with Alyssa! We remodeled two bathrooms with her help. I changed my mind a few times, and she was so gracious and understanding. Her knowledge of the product line is unmatched. We had a glitch with delivery, but Alyssa and the store manager made it right. They truly are customer driven. We have one more bath to remodel and I will not shop any other place.
Just wish that you could bring back the lLchannels back we took two home to look at the 2colarsa cannot return the one we did not like . It cost use 56 dollars not happy about that
This store has the worst customer service. Wrong price marked on products...stating piece are custom when you got them off the rack then refusing to refund your money when you want to take them back..KEEP LOOKING DONT SHOP HERE....
Blake, Allie, Chad, and Ryan do a fantastic job!
I’m thoroughly impressed by both the options at the Tile Shop and the help! Blake relentlessly was in it until I found what I wanted. Chad also helped greatly. The decisions were hard but they gave great insight and I appreciated them both so much!
