Good selection
Do not shop here! manager is rude, disrespectful, over heard how poorly he talked to one of his employees and when I tried to ask for help dismissed me like he was to busy to be bothered! Won't be back ever!
Be careful! They have an arbitrary 60 day return project. Even if your boxes are unopened they will not refund you. This is an obvious corporate scam putting money over their customers. Will not be returning to this place. Shop local!
Had a few questions the lady was very helpful. Didn't buy anything but I plan on it.
Went in just to get a tile sample for a future purchase from this Centerville store. I saw 2 customers and 2 salespeople. Both the salespeople walked by me without even an aknowledgement. The man even looked at me, then glanced away quickly. I had found the tile I wanted---would've been so simple. But I was obviously invisible today. I suggest avoiding this Dayton shop and if you really want the tile, drive to Cincinnati. That's what I will have to do, which is a shame since this store is 10 minutes away.
