I had an excellent experience at The Tile Shop. I was lucky enough to work with Chris (Christianne -- there are several people there named Chris!). She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and she really knows her stuff! She's also very patient... our project took a long time to get off the ground, and she was always available and friendly. Plus, I absolutely love the tile we got!
Christianne is AMAZING! We remodeled our two bathrooms last summer and our kitchen this summer. We told her our vision for each and she immediately went to work gathering materials that would correspond with our visions. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She hit the nail on the head each time. I would highly recommend visiting Christianne at The Tile Shop!

I highly recommend Chris and the Tile Shop for a seamlessly successful design and installation. They also have a great selection of the most up to date materials and styles A+++ all around !
Linda White from Plainfield location was excellent. She was respectful, appreciative, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She went out of her way to make sure we were well equipped and prepared for our bath remodel. She also checked in during construction to be sure we had everything we needed. What a gem.
