Want the Low Down on them? I have been doing business with The Tile Shop since 2004 as an Installer and was on their Contractor Referral List since Feb 2007. I have done a lot of Tile jobs for their Customers and Never came across a situation where the customer was left unhappy. 99% of the jobs I installed for them went smoothly. Great store!!! Fantastic store, VERY helpful and VERY patient. When I saw the previous comment I called the store to ask about Trey, a person I wasn't familiar with, and found out Trey has not worked at the store for 2 years. Apparently for good reason!
Awful Trey the assistant manager of this store was so rude and abusive we just left the store. Never shop there! Buy tile elsewhere with this kind of customer service.
great flooring store A small little ceramic tile place. Walked around the store for over an hour looking at different samples of flooring. They have quite a few displays of kitchens and baths and the types of flooring that can be used. The prices are a little high but everything is very tasteful and beautiful. A great place to get ideas for home modeling even if you don't intend to buy. Sales people are very helpful but are not pushy and will let you walk around the store without making you feel uncomfortable.
Really nice This place is so nice if you are looking for new flooring. They have so many displays set up and they really work with you up front to give you prices and ideas for what you are doing. Great store
