I had a poor customer service experience at this location. I was ignored for about 30 minutes by employees on a recent visit. I just left, then called John to let him know about the poor service.
The staff (Crystal & John) was very friendly and after chatting about what we wanted to do they knew what we were looking for. Their direction and understanding of the products really helped us make the decision on what to go with. Their recommendations for the installation also proved to be very appreciative. We used Chris Stier from Eagle Tile & Stone. He did an awesome job and very reasonably priced. See the before and after pictures of our fireplace project.
Very helpful.
Mike answered the phone and made me feel like an idiot for asking some very simple questions. It was clear he didn’t want to listen to my questions and was being sarcastic while I was just looking for a few answers. I’m not sure customer service is the right gig for him.
