The staff at The Tile Shop is excellent. Devin, Kathryn and Nastia were all very helpful. They were very patient with me during the selection process. And gave me lots of tips on installation. I love that their computer system keeps track of your purchases, making returns very easy. I purchased and returned LOTS of samples before making my final selection and they were always very gracious! The company's Website is also very helpful with a very useable visualizer.
