Excellent customer service from Devin, the store manager, who is very knowledgeable
The Tile Shop provides great displays of various bathroom styles and tile options. The store manager, Devin, provided excellent advice and information about material selections, and he was very helpful overall. We look forward to working with him on our project.

Found the most beautiful tiles here, and Manager Devin Duma helped me make my choices based on sound design advice that made the project turn out better than it would have if I had relied on my initial thoughts. He gave great advice on grout color, tile quality and contrast with my counter. My kitchen backsplash is actually stunning! He was also very fair when it was time to return full boxes of unused material. I'd do it again!
Throughout what felt like a never-ending remodel, The Tile Shop was one of the few places that never let me down. Kathryn and Devin were always so kind and helpful. I went back to the store so many times that I could probably work there now (or at least sing along to the entire in-store playlist), and each time one of them would check in to see how they could help. I will definitely be returning to The Tile Shop for my future tiling projects!
