I regularly use The Tile Shop and have never had a bad experience. Whether I need a large order of tile, or a small amount to match some existing tile, I always find the help and service that I need at The Tile Shop. They are prompt, efficient, and pleasant. I recommend them for your Tile and design needs.
One of the best retail experiences I've had. Excellent selection, great atmosphere, and amazing leadership. Shu-Nan was beyond helpful, went above and beyond to help solve several building curve balls we experienced, and the other team members were equally dedicated. Look nowhere else for quality, service, affordability or professionalism. We will be back if/when we enact renovation or build again. Thanks guys!
Great place to find flooring, tile and Grout. People are friendly, they can usually get things quickly. Order before eod Tuesday get Saturday. Design help assistance is available remote or in person. Biggest negative is their lighting is terrible in store to really get a good look at things.
