Andrew is the best. He is super patient and was able to really get our ideas and work with them to make them better irl than they were in our heads. We were in the store well past closing time and he kept working with us until we had exactly what we were looking for. We’ve tried other tile stores but Andrew and The Tile Shop surpassed every where else in Greenville. You won’t be sorry if you shop for tile here!
I recently visited The Tile Shop in Greenville SC. My expectations were not particularly high with the lack of customer service in retail today.
