We had a wonderful experience at The Tile Shop! Our bathroom project was very complex and required four different tiles. Jacob worked closely with us to coordinate everything and choose the perfect combination. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made a complicated process feel easy and enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our selections and highly recommend working with him!
Went to The Tile Shop to pick out tile for my bathroom, and Jacob was a huge help. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted when I walked in, but he took the time to show me different options, explain the pros and cons, and help me narrow everything down without ever making me feel pressured. I have yet to be disappointed by The Tile Shop. As a small business owner I love having a place that treats me and my clients well. I know when I send some clients in to pick tile, they will get quality service on a quality product. Also, shout out to Chris Pokela at The Tile Shop. She is really amazing to work with. we are renovating our home and Jacob at the Tile Shop has been amazing!! I have been there multiple times switching things up and changing my mind during this process and he has been supportive through the entire process! Thank you Jacob!
The selection is extensive but more importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to ask for Jacob who has an amazing design sense!
