My court date was September 19th, today is September 28th. Jennifer Maldonado will not answer the phone, leave voicemail and she will not call back. Sent emails and she won't respond to thise either. I have no idea what is going on with my ticket because I get in touch with anyone. I guess I'm going to have to call the court to find out what happened with my ticket. This was my first time and my last time to use the ticket clinic.
I recently spoke to Alejandra Jimenez and she was very unprofessional and rude.
Daniel did an amazing job for me! He had my ticket completely dropped and was great with communication the whole time. Highly recommended!
