This is nothing more than a disgruntled ex-employee who no longer works for our law firm. Company policy provides for a 30 minute lunch break. He consistently took 60 and 90 minute lunch breaks. When we was confronted him with this he decided to put in his 2 weeks. Frankly, we were not upset! He had already been removed from his previous position for poor job performance. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Just pay your ticket or go to court yourself. My wife paid this place $350. The outcome was no points but she still has to pay the original fine of $758 for speeding and pulling into the left shoulder while getting pulled over. The "law firm" sent us a letter stating that the **************** agreed to reduce both tickets due to "DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT". A complete dismissal is our goal, but not always achievable. In this case the attorney obtained a favorable settlement by negotiating an amendment of the tickets to non-moving violations. This outcome prevented anything from being reported to the clients home state driving record. It also saved the client from receiving 7 points thereby likely preventing a costly increase to insurance rates.
