Good customer service
The Ticket Clinic works Every time
Called them and spent a half hour on the phone only to be hung up on because I repeatedly told the operator he was recording the incident with the wrong date. I'm sure this was a call center that was not based on the United States. Find someone different!
I used them for a moving citation. They were successful in no points assessed and maintaining my driving record clean. No court appearance from me required and no court fees incurred. Simply pay the citation and take a driving improvement class. Only issues encountered when using them is you don't get the same rep on the phone all the time and some have a strong accent hard to understand clearly.
