The Ticket Clinic in Collier County is hands down the worst. I told them straight up I wasn’t speeding. I had cruise control on and they still did nothing. Paid them their fee, and then found out online that I still have to pay a fine and take driving school. Did they call me to let me know the outcome? Nope. Zero communication. If you’ve got Wizard, use that instead at least you’ll get updates. Honestly, I hate even driving through Collier County, the cops there are out of control.
Very disappointed! I called to hire them for one citation because I’m trying to do things strategically with the other citations and then all of a sudden it felt like it was about money in their pockets versus my best interest and then my bill was up to $$4000. I also wanted to see how they worked as a company before I hired them for the remaining citations.
