I do not recommend this attorney firm. From the very beginning, instead of trying to negotiate or even attempt to get the case dismissed, he presented a resolution that involved paying the court costs. This is honestly the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I felt that there was no real effort to defend my case or explore other options before reaching that conclusion. Hired for 2 tickets. Was willing to do the classes provided from the court to avoid points. Asked to handle one ticket. Convinced me to let them help with both tickets with a money back garentee. They LOST to the court and still had to take a class this time ordered by the court. Still got the points and still had to pay. Then they say the money-back wasnt applicable and refused any money back. Ticket was adjudicated! Was wishing for a full dismissal but I had a strong feeling Collier County wasn’t going to do that. Very happy with the results! Thanks ticket clinic!!!
Had a ticket for going 20 mph over speed limit. These guys were quick to set up everything. They went to court for me and got the ticket dismissed, nothing on my record and no points. Still had to pay their fee plus court costs. But worth it. 👍
