I went to see Andy with stiffness, pain and lack of movement following surgery to repair a broken shoulder. Have been suffering from a painful left hip, knee and buttock for almost a year after over doing it in a step class on holiday! Saw Andy at short notice yesterday and it has already made a difference! Great sports massage that has loosened all the muscles in my left leg! Andy also shared some stretching exercises for me to do between appointments! Fantastic service, would highly recommend Andy and the therapy room!
I’ve had a few massages with Andy now and can honestly say he’s the best I’ve found. During your appointment he really listens to you and then tailors his treatment to whatever you need on that particular day. He is a very caring person and genuinely wants his clients to live pain free and feel at their best so will send you some exercises to do in between appointments. Has also offered some wise words when I was feeling a bit out of sorts recently, which really helped me. 100% recommend.
