Before going to the therapy room I had been to several other places to try and help my back pain but they didn’t seem to help very much , but I am so grateful to have found the therapy room as Andy has found the root of my pain on my first arrival as-well as other areas that can help contribute towards it due to some testing that he did at the start to analyse and understand my body’s state . I have seen numerous health professionals over the years with ongoing back and hip issues. No one has ever taken such an indepth and holistic approach as Andy in understanding and formulating an ongoing plan to help me on the road to improvement. He is professional, very knowledgeable and communicates everything very clearly. Highly recommended!
Lizzie was recommended to me by a friend from my gym after I realised I needed to start dialing back to my wellness and taking time out from a busy/stressful job as well as the constant mum juggle. Lizzie isn't just great at massage, she lends a safe and confidential ear to anything that you need to get off your chest! Lizzie has a fab technique that does wonders and that I've not experienced anywhere else before. Highly recommended
I have been coming to The Therapy Room to see Lizzie for a few months now and I can’t recommend her enough. She is warm and welcoming, and really good at what she does, the beauty room itself is cosy and relaxing - a perfect place to chill out for your appointment. I’ve had Reiki and Massages with Lizzie to help with headaches and neck pain and it has been brilliant. I look forward to coming every time!
Andy and lizzie are both amazing in what they do! The effort Andy puts in to each individual client is something I’ve never seen before making each massage tailored to individual’s needs, he diagnoses UnkNown problems and offers solutions leaving you feeling better and better after each session. Lizzie made me feel relaxation like never before. definitely recommend
