I’ve had a few massages with Andy now and can honestly say he’s the best I’ve found. During your appointment he really listens to you and then tailors his treatment to whatever you need on that particular day. He is a very caring person and genuinely wants his clients to live pain free and feel at their best so will send you some exercises to do in between appointments. Has also offered some wise words when I was feeling a bit out of sorts recently, which really helped me. 100% recommend.
I've seen Lizzie for years for massages and I've never had better massages anywhere. I have NEVER felt so relaxed that I've drifted off on the table, even when someone is working on hard knots! I've recommended her to everyone and they all gave rave reviews as well. Always come away feeling like I can move better and feel more comfortable. Before going to the therapy room I had been to several other places to try and help my back pain but they didn’t seem to help very much , but I am so grateful to have found the therapy room as Andy has found the root of my pain on my first arrival as-well as other areas that can help contribute towards it due to some testing that he did at the start to analyse and understand my body’s state . I have seen numerous health professionals over the years with ongoing back and hip issues. No one has ever taken such an indepth and holistic approach as Andy in understanding and formulating an ongoing plan to help me on the road to improvement. He is professional, very knowledgeable and communicates everything very clearly. Highly recommended!
