Excellent service from Sophie, who is professional and technically excellent at what she does. She is methodical in her approach to your problem and has really helped me with neck related pain and headaches. Highly recommended!
Fantastic and professional massage. I have now used the Therapy Room a number of times after Mountain Bike injuries. Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and her Sports Massage has really helped with my rehabilitation. Would highly recommend
Sophie went above & beyond when she came to help me in my hour of need, I had a very bad back not being able to move much 2 days before our holiday. Sophie carried out a massage explaining all where my pain was & all the muscles, her knowledge & professionalism was 5*.
