I really hate leaving a negative review but am honestly disappointed. It was very hard for me to go to therapy and be vulnerable with a stranger. I also confided this sentiment to my therapist. My first few sessions were great. But then there started to be scheduling conflicts, she canceled 30 min before my appointment for a personal matter, i rescheduled the next one, then she canceled 15 minutes past my appointment time due to an emergency. Completely unprofessional behavior. My child's father began the process to begin supervised therapeutic visits. He did an intake with Chayne, as did we. My son hasn't seen his father in months. The day the visit was to happen the therapist called the morning of to not only cancel but ghost us all and not return phone calls. Those 2 intakes were not only expensive financially but even more costly to my special needs son's spirit.
Jessica is one of the best therapists I've ever had. She's open and intuitive which most times u don't find this day in age. In my opinion she needs a raise. She has been helping me in the darkest times of my life and I'm thankful for her. 100% one of the best and I went through 4 therapists in Maryland. Nothing to the likeness of what she has to offer. 5 stars
New transitions in my family life led me to seek a person for counseling. I’m so glad I found this practice. M. Hedglen has been been so helpful and be beneficial for our fam.
