Just had a hot stone massage and it was amazing! The heat from the stones melted away all the tension in my back and shoulders. I felt super relaxed and refreshed afterward. Definitely worth it if you need to unwind or ease sore muscles — highly recommend! 🔥💆♀️
I highly recommend! The only place I would got for any treatments, been going here for years and I won’t go anywhere else. Michelle has magic hands 🤩 the atmosphere is lovely and always feel relaxed upon entering. The app and website are so easy to use and to manage bookings which is a massive help. This was my first time at the centre and my first Reflexology treatment. As soon as I walked into the reception area I instantly felt relaxed and the scent in the room was amazing. Michelle was so lovely and explained how Reflexology works and how I may feel during the session. I have an hour of pure relaxation and really looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the therapy center. I went in for a deep tissue massage and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. The therapist was professional and attentive, focusing exactly on the areas that needed attention. The room was cosy, clean, and created a very calming atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. It was just what I needed, and I’ll definitely be returning.
