Run as fast as you can from this law office!! Untrustworthy is an understatement. Stephanie Barfield hindered our transaction in every way possible. She lied about real estate laws, she deliberately held up recording the deed RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! , she refused to allow my client to receive a wire for her funds, and when my client received her check finally - IT HAD THE WRONG NAME!! Excellent experience closing on our first home here. Everyone made sure we knew exactly what we were signing, communicated promptly, and had us set to close well before closing day. The team is incredible friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again if we purchased a second home some day!
Awful. Very slow. Nickel and dime you for everything. Would never recommend working with them. Painfully slow at everything too.
