Very nice place with nice folks. One thing I’d change is how much time residents have to wait for meals, either sitting way before served or after. Need more help from all staff to move wheelchairs back and forth to meals.
The executive director and sales team were so lovely and really worked with my family to figure out what kind of care my mom would need. The kitchen staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well.They are doing a lot of renovations, so I’m excited to see how things continue to improve!
Beautifully situated among the trees. Very airy and clean. The Staff members are very friendly.
The folks at The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane are awesome. My wife was a resident there for a year and the care and treatment was top notch. Everyone is friendly and supportive and do their very best to make sure the residents are safe and cared for.
