Horrible customer service! You want a check, the teller will escort you to a video room. You want any account information? Video room with a teller on the screen. There are 3 tellers in the lobby!! Oh you want to open or close an account? Video teller. Best part is you can not do this from home you HAVE to waste your time and gas and come to a branch. Just closed all my accounts.
6/5 The lobby is closed and they are only taking TCU customers in the drive thru. No word on when it will be open again.
Nice building but understaffed & extremely inconsistent. Might as well shut this branch down.
I ALWAYS get friendly high-quality service.
