Terrible management. Manager barely acknowledges you when u walk in although he is sitting up front near the tellers reading on his phone. When he finally did acknowledge he ushered me into a room with a large tv screen asked for my drivers license and asked me to sit. A young man from the call center appears on the screen and asks how he can help. The manager simply exits the room and closes door behind him. It was the most ridiculous interaction and poorest customer service I have ever received. POOR BUSINESS MODEL!!! I ne... read more

I have a disability, and they refused to take my payment unless I filled out a form. I've made payments in the past with a coupon and cash. Today they humiliated me. Nice work TCU. Next call is to the ADA.

Their withdrawal slips are confusing and NOT self explanatory. I’ve visited a variety of banks in the past and this credit union is confusing for no reason.
