Hope you don't ever need a loan from these people. They will make you run through so many hoops. It used to be a great place to get a quick loan. Now they outsourced their underwriters and they are absolutely terrible. Credit should be removed from their names now. Horrible customer service when it comes to loans. They never return phone calls.
I have been trying to reach their office in cookeville to make a payment for two days. I’ve called 3 different times and been on hold for 10+ minutes each time. When the automated voice asks if I’d like a call back and I leave info they never call back. Terrible phone service.
This business is a predatory lender. Once you get a loan with them, they add fake fees to your account. This particular location always says if you have questions about your account, you have to contact Nashville. Once the loan is paid off, I will NEVER, EVER, have anything to do with this business again. Stay away!!!
Fantastic service, everyone is always friendly and helpful.. Definitely recommend!
