I called last week I’m having surgery and I’m in need of help so I talked to Rabbi Klein. He told me he could help me , but he never called me back. I tried calling him but the staff was rude and I called him today and he said well I decided not to help you he was rude. And condescending His assistant is rude Cindy I I’m a single father of two boys and I was just shocked I would not suggest going to this temple
Not sure where they get the warm or friendly part from as far as staff goes, furthest from it in fact. They wouldn't even allow us in the place to even peek at anything even though we had driven a few hours to visit the museum next door (which was absolutely spectacular...) Definitely finding a different temple to go to for Shabbat when we are up that direction again.
