Rob is an excellent PT. He is a high performing athlete himself so I feel he has a more hands on and practical experience than other PTs when working with you. He is also very well educated in PT methods and approaches. The studio is well located and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Excellent results for recurring golf hip/back pain. Rob gave me a targeted PT routine, and I no longer have any issues and can swing freely without pain or worry. I also no longer have to see my chiropractor every few weeks. Thank you!
I worked with Rob last year preparing for a hiking trip to the Swiss Alps. I have naturally hyper flexible knees, a condition that can be challenging for hiking in rough terrains. After 6 sessions with Rob I felt that I was given excellent tools to keep my knees healthy and to build strength over time. Rob is a great physical therapist. I saw him after a knee injury, and he helped me get back to squatting, running, and jumping in a couple months. Since then, I've been seeing him every couple weeks to check in, and he's been really helpful in identifying other problems areas in my body, suggesting solutions before they turn to injuries, and treating the aches and pains that come up with an active lifestyle.
I highly recommend Rob and The Technique. He did a fantastic job of talking with me and assessing my condition. Rob tailored a program to meet my needs and the improvement has been great! Well worth the investment!
