Dr. Rob Lin is amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about him. I went to him with a knee injury, had minimal knee movement and could not sit down and criss cross my legs. My latest session has made me feel so much stronger and gave me hope that I can still weight lift. Thank you for all the progress you have helped me with and for giving me hope! :)
I am an avid runner who attended over 10 sessions of PT with Dr. Lin at The Technique to address a chronic foot tendinopathy, which was preventing me from running. Lower back and hip pain were the reason I went to The Technique PT. Dr. Lin was able to directly address these issues and after several sessions the symptoms were either nearly or completely eliminated. He uses a range of therapies in his office paired with an easy to use web-based program of individual exercises.
Rob is an excellent PT. He is a high performing athlete himself so I feel he has a more hands on and practical experience than other PTs when working with you. He is also very well educated in PT methods and approaches. The studio is well located and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
