Amazing customer service and always a lot of sales. Perfect place to get shoes and advice for novice runners. No outlandish upselling, just wants runners to find a good show that fits. Also has a great return policy, and finally a proudly Canadian company. Couldn't recommend them more. Go see Issac!
This store is like stepping into the past in the best way, staff actually acknowledge you and assist in finding the right shoes for you. They’re attentive and knowledgeable and friendly. I came out with a pair of shoes this week that I never would’ve looked twice at for myself but with the guidance of the staff here, I found the most comfortable fitting shoes I think I’ve ever had. This is what customer service should be, highly recommend shopping here.
