Absolutely love this place. My son and I come here all the time and play games and relax. I love it for the environment when they have worship music playing and we can just sit here and enjoy the atmosphere. I know some people have complained about the worship music. But I hope that it continues. Really makes a peaceful environment to have worship going on. Thank you guys keep it up
Amazing service and delicious drinks! I had a wonderful experience at this tea house! From the moment I walked in, the cashier greeted me with a warm smile and made the ordering process super easy and pleasant. They were friendly, patient, and really made me feel welcome. I received the worst customer service ever at this location. I go to another locations M-F so I know exactly my order. I saw them struggling to enter it here so I asked them to communicate the issue so I can maybe help, but the manager (Fiji she said her name is) stopped the cashier from talking to me and Turnt her back at me and walked away when I was talking to her while all I did was talk nicely and just asked that they communicate with me the issue so I could help them.
