Constant chasing was required. Rude, condescending, and even told me to wait 24 hours for an email response to a question despite urgent deadlines. This is not the level of service I would expect from an attorney — I won’t use this firm again.
TL;DR: Incompetent, unprofessional, and reckless — avoid this attorney at all costs. An absolute disgrace of a law office. “Attorney” Justin is a wannabe big-shot who hides behind secretaries and ignores clients. He refuses to return calls, dodges emails for days, and then lectures paying clients about “professional response times” while sitting on urgent, time-sensitive files. Agreed to write a contract for my business with an estimated 2-3 week timeline, then cancelled after making me wait 2 weeks. Quite disorganized as far as getting back to you, payment methods, etc.
Used for 1 transaction as a seller (upon buyer’s request) with no mortgage or liens to deal with. Justin (attorney) held up our closing by demanding to see EXPIRED lien paperwork for an unrelated property that his office requested from Wake County on the literal day of closing. I had to get the expired documentation to them from Wake County so our closing wouldn’t be delayed further. In my opinion, arrogant at best. Their office staff was also rude over the phone when I requested to speak with Justin to resolve the issue.
