On Feb. 9, 2018, I went into this company's New Orleans East location, located at 5501 Crowder Blvd. to have my tax documents reviewed and to obtain a refund estimate. Well upon arrival I was told to leave all my information and they will call me later to come in and have my taxes completed. Well to my surprise, my taxes was submitted to the IRS the very next Feb. 10, 2018 and it was incomplete. I want to share a negative experience with this business. I went to them on word of mouth. I should have checked this website first. First, they had a location opened in Lafayette. I took all my information to them. So after 2 weeks I called to check on progress. They kept telling me taxes hadn't been prepared. Finally, I got frustrated called back and then was told I could go elsewhere if I liked. I ended up going to NOLA office where my taxes were immediately done.
