Tax Wizard really disappointed my family. They did our tax return incorrectly and then it was refilled but still haven't received it. It's from 2021! They don't call back and can't seem to help in anyway. What was the point in using the service?

Our wholefamily (6people) are satisfied customers and we finally decided to try the Tax Wizard ourselves. We went from owing 7000$ to the IRS to getting a refund! Vary frendly and knowlageble. Gave us great tips on retirement deductions.
