I called in to ask a simple question and Kim was incredibly rude. If she treats a potential customer like that, I can't imagine trusting her with my sensitive and important data and documents.
I am very happy with the tax service . Kim always takes her time to answer questions even if she is busy. Great place to do your taxes.
Tax Wizard really disappointed my family. They did our tax return incorrectly and then it was refilled but still haven't received it. It's from 2021! They don't call back and can't seem to help in anyway. What was the point in using the service?
