Nicole came recommended by multiple friends. She submitted our tax return in June, said she was going to file our GST and still has not. She still has our paperwork for our business and is not returning phone calls, emails, text messages, Facebook messages. We are not the only ones either!
Nicole is a great person & has done our taxes for the last few years. She's very knowledgeable & maximizes benefits, etc but her communication is terrible. Our taxes were sent to her in march 2024 finished in may 2024. Our gst is still not done in July 2024. All has been paid for but won't respond to my messages... I'm not sure why any business would risk losing clients over bad communication 🤔
I cannot say enough good things about Tax Toad she has been doing our taxes for 15 years. She certainly knows her stuff. Things happen beyond our control sometimes and we need to breathe and take one step at a time. Thanks for all you do Nicole. Best of Luck to you this season I hear it's been tough with the move.
