Everything started off great. Cassie was fantastic with looking into our unique situation. Ben looked over our taxes to save us the most amount of money. It was fantastic. However that’s where it stops. We went in person to do our taxes over 4 weeks ago on March 2nd, and our taxes are still not filed. The waiting game on getting our taxes filed is a bit ridiculous. The Tax Team are the best tax preparers in the area, and are excellent at finding the greatest return possible. Also very friendly staff
We have done taxes via TurboTax the last 4 years. After purchasing a home and having a kid, we decided to get more help and we were not disappointed here.
