UPDATE: The owner's response that they "would hope that any potential clients would be sympathetic to emergency situations, or even general unforeseen circumstances, and be willing and gracious enough to reschedule." is disingenuous. I honestly hate to leave this kind of review for a local, small business. I reached out with detailed info to see whether TTS could help me with payroll tax issues and was told to schedule a consult. So I do -- which costs $50 -- and follow up with very thorough details of my situation. Marisa (The Strategist) thanks me for the thorough information and says I'll be meeting with their senior tax accountant, Chad. I have to say it was the worst experience I've ever had. Of course, she was very inviting and said all the right things during our first meeting and I explained communication was very important and she assured me that wasn't a problem......until it was. Excuses started like, we had people leave, we're having a rough time, etc. I was very patient but the lack of communication was unreal.
