Went into LJR accounting for tax advice. No introduction, no handshake, 15min conversation for $165. I was provided with one approach and they were not forthcoming with information. Later research showed more possible approaches that weren’t discussed. I asked for a partial refund which was refused. I’ll be seeking advice elsewhere.

We were very disappointed in the price that we were charged to do our tax last year. We were probably charged double what we should have been compared to other tax agents around the area. I certainly wouldn’t recommend to others.
I have been going here for many years, service with all ( but my favourite Luke) is personable, on point, lots of advice in order to help me for the future and just all round 100 percent ther to assist you.
