Very high price for pretty standard / below average experience. My wife and I were charged $980 for a 60min session and 3 follow up emails. No advice or attempts to help increase deductibles. Will definitely be going elsewhere next year

I had a very disappointing experience. Earlier this month I called to check whether any tax payable. I was initially told there was nothing owing. After I checked my ATO paperwork and called back, the records were checked again and I was then told there was in fact a payment due. Had I relied on the original advice, I could have missed an important tax obligation. On the same day, I was told my matter would be looked at on the following Monday or Tuesday.
