Cant give less than one star. 1). Totally overcharged. Over $500 for a simple filing 2). I furnished all the paperwork. Listed all the deductions. 3). Lost my information twice. 4). Had to return 4 times. Every time they needed more info you go to the back of the line 5). Five months to file return. Missed 2 years of owed back taxes that they processed. 6).
