We arrived for our 10:00 am appointment today and the place was closed. I called their number and no one answered. I left a message and someone called back 15 minutes later and acknowledged that she knew we had an appointment but said the walk wasn’t cleared of snow so she didn’t come in. WE walked through the snow to get to their uncleared business. A phone call canceling our appointment would have been nice. We went elsewhere.
