Great customer service! My tax prep using this firm exceeded my expectations. They are competent, thorough and efficient. I dread tax time but they made it so much less painful. Because they asked all the right questions I was actually able to get a refund which I haven’t received in years and without getting “creative” which I don’t want. In fact, I’m going to have them review for possible amendment last year’s return as apparently some deductions were missed by my previous CPA. I highly recommend using The Tax Office for any of your needs during tax season. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I typically do my own taxes using H&R Block online but I have been wanting to find a good tax preparation service for sometime. I had a one on one consultation with Roch in which he went over every aspect of my taxes with me, explaining everything in detail. They have definitely earned my business and I look forward to working with them in the years to come.
