Joan does excellent work, very professional and friendly atmosphere.
Don't waste your time calling them. If she don't like how you sound after asking a lot of questions she will say she don't feel comfortable. Why did she ask alot of question then? I just we can judge people over the phone now? This is no way to do business. I havent changed tax places in 18 years til they went out of business , guess she don't want repeat customers.
